UltraTrax Wintergreen

UltraTrax Wintergreen is a timed, non race trail event held on Wintergreen's Blue Ridge slopes near Roseland, Virginia. The route follows shaded single-track, rocky overlooks, and rolling ridgelines with sweeping valley views. The course is described as extremely well marked.

Participants choose from multiple loop distances and must complete the course within a 10 hour time limit. Level 3 and Level 4 participants qualify to earn the UltraTrax Grey Wolf medal by finishing within that limit. Competitors may add a weighted vest or ruck in specified weights to unlock bonus finisher items.

Bibs can be mailed or picked up on the morning of the event; registrations after October 20, 2026 require in person bib pick up. Complimentary parking is available onsite. Finishers receive a custom t-shirt and a velcro patch; additional finisher swag is available for those who carry weight. Food and refreshments are available for purchase after the event.
