Logistics and what is included

Parking is available throughout Bur-Mil Park; volunteers will assist and participants should expect to walk about 0.3 miles to the start area at the back of the park. Regular and economy registrations include a custom race shirt, a finisher medal, chip timing with course splits, live tracking via the RaceJoy app, aid stations, and post-race food and beverages. Shirts are only guaranteed for registrations made more than two weeks before race day. The race is part of the NC Trail Mega Medal Series; medals from series races connect to form a larger medal.

Awards and policies

All finishers receive a custom Triple Lakes race medal. Awards are given to top finishers and age groups; categories include top 3 male and female in each main distance, top relay teams, and standard age groups from 0-19 through 80+. No refunds are issued within 30 days of the event; earlier requests may receive a 50% refund excluding processing fees. Entries cannot be deferred to another year or event. Entries may be transferred to another individual for a $5 fee; t-shirt size cannot be changed. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
