Take on the Trunce 8, a classic Peak District fell race starting and finishing at Oxspring Playing Field. The 6.2 km route climbs 190 m and entry is on the day for £3, with a junior 3 km race for over 10s at £1.

A pop up evening running event in Kirkstall, Leeds offering 5k and 10k routes along canal-side paths. Entry is available on the night or online and runners receive a jumble medal plus food and drink options.

Tackle the Tripsdale Trot on 29 August 2026 at the Bilsdale Show in Chop Gate. This 5.5 mile fell race through the North York Moors climbs 1437 ft and has a junior fun race alongside. Entry is on the day.

A trail event based in Skipton with 13, 20, 34 and 50 mile routes across Pennine and Dales Way terrain, mandatory kit requirements, checkpoint provisions and tracker coverage for ultramarathon entrants.

A fell race at Powder House Field near Hebden on 31 August 2026 covering 1.50 miles 3.20 km with about 400 feet 244 meters of climb, featuring a steep ascent, top running and an uphill finish.

A fell race at the Reeth Show near Reeth DL11 6AR, featuring a 2.00 mile, 3.20 km course with about 700 ft of climb to Fremington Edge then back through quarry workings and fields. Age categories run from under 9 to senior.

September 2026

The Kilnsey Crag will take place in Bradley on Tuesday 1 September 2026.

Muker Show Fell Race is a short fell course that crosses a river and climbs to Fremington Edge, about 2.25 km with 170 m of climb. It includes youth categories, has no Under 9s class and counts for the BOFRA Senior Championship.

A *10 km* trail race in Malham, part of the Due North Trail Trilogy, passing Malham Cove and Malham Tarn with a climb to Weets Top and a long descent. Includes drinks stations, a post-race meal, merchandise and age-category prizes.

A flat out and back trail run from Hornsea along the Trans Pennine Trail offering multiple distances, marshals, and feed stations every three miles. Finishers receive a bespoke medal and post-race treats.

A charity trail running festival in the Colne Valley with 50 mile, 50km, 27km and 10km routes, waymarked moorland trails, stocked feed stations, mandatory kit for ultras, and an event village with family activities.

Experience the scenery of Malham Cove and Malham Tarn in this licensed trail half marathon. Enjoy a well supported route with post race meals and unique local rewards in the heart of Malham.

A 7.1 km fell race on the Longshaw estate in September 2026, using the estate’s new route and 237 m of climb. Entry includes admission to Britain’s oldest sheepdog trials plus food and grandstand seating.

A 23 mile walk and run from Gargrave Village Hall through Malhamdale to Kirkby Malham, Street Gate, Boss Moor and Eshton. Entry is limited to 200 places with set fees and a checkpoint cut off at 16.2 miles.

Experience a technical fell race through Yorkshire Lancashire and Cumbria. This 31 km route features steep climbs and open fell navigation for experienced runners seeking a high level mountain challenge in the Dales.

A short fell race in Burnsall, Wharfedale, covering *1.50 miles / 2.40 km* with about 800 ft (240 m) of ascent, featuring a steep heather climb to a cairn and a direct descent. Categories range from Under 9 to Seniors.

A 27 km fell race around Totley with about 1,066 m of climb. The partly marshalled route crosses moorland, tracks and lanes, requires self navigation under FRA rules and mandatory kit, and offers two water stations with no cups provided.

Scenic trail runs near Tibthorpe offering 4 mile and 8 mile courses for runners and Canicross participants, chipped with medals, prizes, dog awards and onsite parking and toilets.

A timed trail event in East Yorkshire on 6 September 2026 offering 4-mile and 8-mile runnable routes for runners and Canicross participants, based at Field House Coffee Barn with parking, facilities, medals, prizes, and specific dog equipme..

Enjoy a Peak District fell race at Oxspring Playing Field, a punchy 6.2 km course with 190 m of ascent through scenic terrain. On the day entries welcome for a modest fee and the event is part of an eight race series.
