DalesRunner 30 in Muker offers a fully marked 31.7 km loop with almost 3,000 ft of climb across Coast to Coast country and the Pennine Way. Limited to 200 runners, this rugged upland challenge features staffed aid and stunning scenery.

Swinner Swagger is a scenic 15.5 km trail race from Usha Gap Campsite near Muker on 4 July 2026, winding valley and riverside paths around Keld, Gunnerside and Muker. Limited to 100 runners; entrants must be 16 or older.

Take on the Fellrunner at Heptonstall Festival, a scenic 9.5 km fell race with about 500 m of climb in the South West Pennines. Finish to live music, food stalls and a free pint; entry on the day £7.

Tackle a scenic fell race from Chop Gate in the North York Moors, covering 6.1 miles with 344 m of ascent across classic moorland. Entry on the day is welcome with low fees for members and non members, and teams are catered for.

Tackle a scenic 6.7 km fell race with about 270 m of climb across Totley Moor and Blacka Moor woods, finishing with a technical descent at Piper Gate. Hosted by Totley AC in the Peak District, entries are limited, pre entry is recommended.
