A multi-distance trail ultramarathon on the Nidderdale Way visiting Ripley Castle, Brimham Rocks and other Yorkshire landmarks; four distance options from 13 to 55 miles, mandatory tracker and kit, with checkpoints offering food and drinks.

Experience the heritage of the North York Moors National Park with four trail distances along the Cleveland Way. Enjoy fully marked courses through moorland and grassland starting from the historic village of Ravenscar.

The Nidderdale Way Ultramarathon will take place in Pateley Bridge on Saturday 24 October 2026.

A Halloween-themed trail event on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal in Kirkstall offering distances from a Ghostly 1 Mile up to an ultra marathon, Trail Running Association licensed, marshalled, with medals and finish-line treats.

Looped full and half marathons around Gargrave with a multi-terrain route to the Broughton Stone Circle, three refreshment stations per loop and sustainable finisher medals; volunteer-led and raising funds for attendance at the World Scout..

November 2026

A nighttime trail run near Otley with looped woodland courses of about 3.3 or 6.7 miles on undulating, well-marked trails. Feed stations, on-course marshals and a bespoke finisher medal; parking and public toilets at the car park.

A TRA-licensed trail event around Fewston and Swinsty reservoirs featuring an undulating 6.7-mile loop and multiple race distances. The course is waymarked and marshalled, with aid stations, on-site facilities, and a bespoke finisher medal.

A Category BS fell race of 10 km with about 350 m of ascent in Todmorden on 7 November 2026. The course is fast and muddy with a steep descent off Stoodley Pike, on the day entry is £5 and the minimum age is 16.

Take on the Burley Moor Run in Burley in Wharfedale, a scenic 11 km (6.8 miles) test across moorland with 250 m of climb. Open to runners aged 16 plus, with entries available in advance or on the day.

Experience a self navigated winter trail adventure in the North York Moors with marathon, half marathon, and 10k distances. Participants navigate via maps through hilly terrain starting from the village of Goathland.

A dog friendly trail event at Swinsty and Fewston reservoirs on 7 November 2026 offering looped 3.3 and 6.7 mile routes on mainly off-road trails with refreshments, marshals, and finisher medals.

Take on Soyland Moor, an autumn fell race from Cragg Vale across moorland and Pennine Way on a point to point 22 km course with around 1300 ft of ascent and self navigation required. Teams welcome, entrants must be 18 or over.

Trail runs on Bolton Abbey Estate from a 2.4 mile family run to a half marathon, raising funds for Sue Ryder Manorlands Hospice and awarding a finisher medal made from fallen trees.

A 9.3 mile fell race on 8 November 2026 across Wadsworth moors with varied, sometimes muddy terrain. The route is partially flagged and the event requires FRA mandatory kit and map and compass navigation.

Trail runs of 5 km, 10 km and a half marathon take place at Rother Valley Country Park near Sheffield. Live chip timing, medals and post race refreshments are provided and a two minute silence is held before the races.

Trail routes around Otley, Ilkley and Guiseley offering 13, 20 and 35 mile options with live tracking, checkpoint support and a compulsory kit list; the event is part of the Punk Panther series.

A weekend running event in Kirkstall offering 5K, 10K and half marathon routes along the Leeds Liverpool Canal. Finishers receive a jumble medal, hot food and a drink, with both advance and pay on the day entry options.

A backyard ultra at Hunters Greave where runners repeat a 4.167 mile loop each hour until one person finishes a lap alone and is crowned champion. Camping, aid stations and a Yorkshire goodie bag are provided.
