The small park BIG RUN is a unique 24-hour running festival held in Meersbrook Park, Sheffield, celebrating and supporting Palestinian causes, particularly women's education and children's health and play in Palestine. The event features continuous running with at least two participants on the course at all times, creating a vibrant, community-driven atmosphere. Alongside the run, there are cultural activities including music, lantern making, henna decorations, and poetry, fostering solidarity and awareness. The course loops around the park, and the event includes special moments like a lantern procession and a memorial circuit honoring those lost in Gaza.
