The Bell & Harp Chase

The Bell & Harp Chase takes place on 18 July 2026 at the Bell & Harp pub in Little Eaton (DE21 5AE). The event is organised by Bell and Harp Running Club and features a measured route that starts and finishes at the pub.

The course is 7.5 km over mixed terrain through the Derbyshire Dales. The route is well defined and undulating. A recorded route is available on Strava. Free car parking is provided at the venue.

Race features include chip timing, a new 45 plus age category, and category prizes for Male, Female and 45 plus Male and Female. Prize money is listed for podium places: 1st £55, 2nd £30 and 3rd £15. Bespoke medals are awarded to podium finishers and a bespoke artisan winners plaque will record top names. Spot prizes worth over £500 are planned, with giveaways that include running trainers from Altra.

Entry details show a minimum age of 18 and an entry fee of £15. Entries open on 17 February 2026 and close on 17 July 2026. The event also includes an on site afterparty with music and food. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
