The North Yorks Ultra Challenge is scheduled for 20-21 June 2026 with basecamp in Scarborough. The event follows a coast and moors loop that runs around Scarborough, along the Cleveland Way past Robin Hood Bay to Whitby, then inland along the Esk Valley and across moorland before returning to Scarborough. Rest stops are provided approximately every 12.5 km with major stops at ~25/50/75/100 km. Rest stops include covered infrastructure, catering, toilets, medical teams, changing areas and baggage pickup. The organiser provides route signing with arrows and an event app with Google maps and GPS tracking. Medical, podiatry and massage services are available at rest stops, and camping packages are offered at Scarborough (hot showers and drink stations listed). Shuttle transfers and parking options are available.
