Parking is marshalled in a large field near the village and has a day cost; there is also a North York Moors Authority car park nearby. Camper van and motorhome parking is available by prebooking and carries a separate fee; portable toilets will be provided but no showers. The event is cupless so competitors should bring a drinking cup. Entry fees vary by distance and attachment status; a T-shirt option is available for an additional fee.
