The weekend takes place in Horton in Ribblesdale in the Yorkshire Dales National Park from 2-4 July 2027. The main activity is a guided trail run of the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge, a round trip route of 24 miles (38.6 km) with a total ascent of 1585 m (5200 ft). The route reaches the summits of Pen-y-Ghent (694 m), Whernside (736 m) and Ingleborough (723 m). A secondary run on the final day is a steady loop that follows part of the Pennine Way and visits Hull Pot.

Logistics and requirements
Accommodation is in a bunkroom in Horton in Ribblesdale with single-sex rooms of up to six people, on-route parking and a kitchen. The package price is £260 per person for a single in a shared room; places are secured with a £100 non-refundable deposit and the remaining balance is due 10 weeks before the event. Included items are bunkhouse accommodation, a welcome drink, guided trail runs led by a qualified running guide and coach, coaching advice, a complimentary training plan, and photos and video. Meals, drinks, snacks and travel to and from the weekend are not included.
Participants should be fit for rugged terrain and sustained elevation. The organiser recommends having completed a marathon or ultra within six months or being able to run prolonged periods at a 10 min/mile (6:15 min/km) pace on flats and descents.
