Its Grim Up North Running stages the Hubble Bubble & Ghostly 1 Mile on 31/10/2026 at the Leeds/Liverpool Canal, Wyther Lane, Kirkstall, Leeds LS5 3BT. The event is Halloween themed and includes bespoke Halloween medals and treats. The race is Trail Running Association licensed and uses a flat, scenic out-and-back route along the canal. The course is marshalled and fully signed. Spot prizes are awarded for Halloween fancy dress, and fancy dress is encouraged. The Ghostly 1 Mile Fun Run is intended for kids and families.

Feed and drink stations are provided approximately every 3 miles; participants must bring a reusable cup or bottle because the event is cup-less. Over-ear headphones are not allowed; bone-conducting or one-in-one-out earbuds are permitted. Some road crossings on the route are unmanned. There is no parking at the start/finish; parking is available about a five-minute walk away at Morrisons, Kirkstall LS5 3AU. Allow at least one hour to park, register, and prepare.
