Swinsty & Fewston Lakeside Dash is a trail running event on 7 November 2026 at Swinsty & Fewston Reservoir Car Park, North Lane, Otley, LS21 2NP. The main route is a 6.7-mile reservoir loop that runs around Fewston and Swinsty Reservoirs, using woodland paths and off-road trail terrain. The course is described as undulating and fully marshalled and signed. Feed and drink stations are provided at approximately every 3 miles. Public toilets are available in the car park and pay-and-display parking is located next to registration; council parking charges may apply.

Entry fees vary by distance, with published prices in the range of £23 to £41. Age limits differ by race: the 10km-ish is open to entrants aged 16 and over, the half marathon to those aged 17 and over, and the 20-mile and marathon to entrants aged 18 and over. All races are TRA-licensed (Trail Running Association). The event operates as a cup-less event; participants are asked to bring a reusable cup or bottle. Road shoes are recommended. Over-ear headphones are discouraged; bone-conducting or one-in, one-out in-ear headphones are acceptable. There may be unmarshalled road crossings. Transfers and deferrals can be self-served; if the organiser processes a transfer a £5 admin fee may apply. Finisher rewards include a bespoke medal and post-race treats.
