The organiser requires competitors to carry the kit specified on race day to meet FRA minimum requirements. Specified items may include full waterproof body cover, hat, gloves, map, compass and whistle, and waterproof jacket and overpants with integral hood, taped seams and sufficient coverage. There will be kit checks at the start and finish; failure to carry required kit will result in disqualification and may be reported to the FRA. Parking is available at the pub car parks for early arrivals, with additional roadside parking directed by marshals; do not park in coned-off passing places.
