A half marathon and a 5K at Harwoods Mill Park in Yorktown on January 17, 2026, with shuttle parking from McReynolds Athletic Complex. Limited fields, four aid stations, on-site packet pick-up and specific trail conditions.

A supported point to point mountain training run of 32 miles that follows much of the first third of the MMT 100, with two aid stations, required car shuttle, limited club support, and recommended GPX and turnsheet navigation.

February 2027

Trail ultramarathon in Appomattox with 50K, 25K and 10K options around Holiday Lake. The looped course uses single track and country roads with about 2000 feet of gain and aid stations every four miles.

Trail running weekend at Bear Creek Lake State Park featuring a 10.4 mile loop, a 4.2 mile Mini on park and single-track trails, and a virtual 10 mile option; in-person entries are capped and a portion of fees supports the park.

Multi day loop ultramarathon at Twin Lakes State Park in Green Bay VA with 72, 48, 24 and 12 hour options plus 10 mile and a Parent Loop 5k. Hiker and relay divisions available and finishers earn distance awards.

A spring mountain trail event in the Blue Ridge Mountains on March 20, 2027, offering 50 mile, 50k and 25k races on mostly single track and forest roads, with limited entries and cabins at the start finish.

April 2027

May 2027

Trail races at Grayson Highlands State Park in Virginia on May 1-2, 2027, offering 50M, 50K, 25k, and 8M with significant climbing and the chance to see wild ponies.

A trail run of about 10k that features roots, gravel, rough terrain and low hanging branches. Water stops are self serve and participants must bring their own hydration; wave starts are used to manage trail volume.

A Backyard ultra on Mason Neck with hourly 4.167-mile loops and a 24 hour, 100-mile limit. The course runs on bridle trails with one central aid station offering water, ice, Gatorade and snacks.
