The Virginia Run for Cancer is a 24-hour timed event held in Hampton, VA, at 1255 Big Bethel Road. The event includes both 24HR solo and 24HR team formats. The course is a flat, 3.75-mile all-dirt nature park loop and is USATF certified (VA12075RT). Registration opens January 1 and is limited to 200 entrants; the registration fee is $75. Awards include special engraved plaques for 1st place male, 1st place female, 1st place team, and a fundraiser award. Wooden plaques are given to runners who complete milestone distances. On-site liquid refreshments will be available; runners are asked to bring their own food and hydration. Pizza may be provided for dinner.
