Logistics and course

Packet pick-up is onsite at Harwoods Mill Park on race day; each runner must pick up their own packet. Organizers will hand out race bibs before the run and distribute shirts after the run. Parking is at the McReynolds Athletic Complex (412 Sports Way, Yorktown, VA); shuttles transport runners to the start and return them to vehicles from the finish. There is no parking at the start line and shuttle drop-off space is limited.

The course mixes wide trail roads and single-track bicycle paths, with directional signage, colored flags or ribbon, and cones. The route is not maintained and can retain water, so organizers advise appropriate footwear. The Half Marathon has four self-serve aid stations offering water and electrolytes; energy gels are available at aid station 3. Pets are not allowed on course or post-race field; ADA-recognized service animals are permitted. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
