A four hour score event in the Camarthen Fans using pre marked waterproof maps and a full course of about 20 miles. Entry by pre entry costs £10 and includes food, tea, coffee and cake.

Skyline Wales is a long linear 102 km event with 4663 m of climb from Barmouth to Llandegla One Planet. Navigation and significant experience are required, entries are limited and there are strict time cut-offs.

A new hill race at the Tintern Village Fete covering 4.2 km with 215 m ascent. The route starts and finishes in the fete field, climbs via a stone staircase and forestry road, and returns along the Shorncliff Climbers Path.

The Snickerthon offers 5k (ish), 10K (ish), half marathon and marathon options around Chasewater Country Park. The multi lap route uses paths and footpaths, includes aid stations and a finisher medal and may feature deer sightings.

A day two four hour score event on the Camarthen Fans with pre marked waterproof maps, a 32 km course option, and a requirement for navigational skills and significant fell running experience.

Community running at Bromyard Rugby Club with a chip timed 10 km, a junior 2 km for ages 4 to 15 and a non competitive fun run. Food vendors, marshals and first aid cover support the event and results are published afterwards.

A short but steep fell race at Padarn Lake in Llanberis over 3.1 km with 192 m climb. The event includes junior races, has a noted male and female course record, and serves as a warm down for the midweek series.

July 2026

An approximately four mile multi terrain race on 2 July 2026, starting and finishing at Care & Repair on Rowley’s Drive in Shotton. Entry is £10 or £8 for affiliated club members and prizes are given across all age categories.

A mixed-terrain *10 km* organised by Emersons Green Running Club at Mangotsfield School, limited to 200 entries, with recycled-material medals and proceeds funding tree planting.

A point-to-point half marathon along canal towpaths from Wolverhampton to Brindley Place in Birmingham, run in seeded time trial waves. The course features a 360 metre tunnel and floating drink stations on canal barges every three miles.

A 15 mile trail event around Abergavenny and the Sugar Loaf with 80 percent trail, 3,248 ft of ascent and one fully stocked checkpoint. Mandatory kit is required and there are no time limits.

July the Turd is a run offering 8 miles, 16 miles and a full marathon around the Ironbridge valley. The route mixes tracks, paths and road and the event finishes at The Unicorn Inn with parking on site and finisher bling.

A 9.6 km fell race in Caerphilly on 4 July 2026 with 396 m of climb, held from Bedwas Community Hall. The partly marked course has a short walk from parking, an over-18 entry requirement, and team entries are free.

A fell race of 8.7 km with 700 m ascent around Moel Siabod, partially marked and requiring navigation. Entry on the day is £5 and junior races are included as part of the Capel Curig Village Festival.

Forest races on hilly woodland trails in Cannock Chase offering a half marathon and a 10k in a summer schedule, with route maps, parking on site, a bespoke medal and free photographs.

A mostly off-road 6 mile trail in Bromsgrove countryside starting and finishing at Sanders Park on 5 July 2026, with marshals, water stations, park facilities and free parking; one dog per runner allowed on a lead.

A multiterrain 10 km race around Dorstone with steep offroad sections and scenic views. A 5 km road fun run and a walkers' option are also available, with pay-on-day entries and post-race refreshments.
