Cotswold Way Century

Chipping Campden, United Kingdom • 19-20 Sep 2026

Event overview

The Cotswold Way Century is a single-stage trail running event held on 19-20 September 2026. The course covers approximately 102 miles along the Cotswold Way National Trail from Chipping Campden to Bath. The minimum age to enter is 21 or older. Participants have a 32 hour time limit to complete the course, with intermediate cut-offs along the route.

Course and support

The route follows public rights of way and uses the existing Cotswold Way waymarkers (acorn). Organisers may add occasional markings near checkpoints or where there is more than one route option. There are no road closures on the route, so road regulations apply on road sections. The terrain is described as very hilly and includes short road sections, hard stone tracks, grassy paths and ploughed fields. Official diversions may alter the overall distance due to changing conditions.

Entries open 1 October 2025 and close 1 September 2026. Entry numbers listed show 29 participants so far. Entry fees are listed separately for UKA members and non-members, with higher fees applying from 1 January 2026.
