Cotswold Way Century

The Cotswold Way Century is a single stage trail running event along the Cotswold Way National Trail, running from Chipping Campden to Bath. The route is approximately 102 miles and the event is scheduled for 19 to 20 September 2026. The minimum age for entry is 21.

The course follows public rights of way and uses the existing Cotswold Way waymarkers (acorn). Organisers may add occasional markings near checkpoints or where the route has more than one option. Official diversions may alter the overall distance from that listed in pre-race information. There are no road closures on the route, so participants and supporters must respect road regulations on any non-trail sections.

Terrain includes many climbs and descents, some road sections, hard stone tracks, grassy paths and ploughed fields. Participants have 32 hours to complete the event, with intermediate cut-offs along the route.

Entry includes a race number, live tracking, a full GPX route, food stations and course support, and medical coverage. Finishers receive a buckle and Sub 24 hour buckles are available. Participants may purchase a tech t-shirt or hoodie and professional photos after the race. XCover insurance is available to purchase as an optional extra. Entries open 1 October 2025 and close 1 September 2026; entry fees are listed in the event information. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
