  • Day 2: 49 miles
  • Day 3: 47 miles
  • Day 4: 33 miles

Accommodation and evening meals are included for the ends of Days 1 to 3, with competitors housed in specified hotels on a shared three-per-room basis; private rooms are available at additional cost and subject to availability. Breakfast provisions include a porridge pot, fruit and juice; competitors should bring their own spoon.

Mandatory kit includes a backpack, head torch with spare batteries, OS map or downloadable maps, compass or GPS, whistle, mobile phone, emergency food (two chocolate bars) and a basic first aid kit. Finishers receive four bespoke daily medals and a daily technical item (t-shirt, mug or hat). Entry fees are listed at £595 for solo and £425 for relay members.
