Course and facilities

The route is mostly off road, with around 85% trail, woodland and footpaths and an elevation gain of about 180 m. There are two water refill stations on course. A finish drink is included with entry; both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options are available. Finishers receive a medal. Other on-site facilities include toilets, free parking and a bag drop.
