T184

Cirencester, United Kingdom • 4 Sep 2025

The T184 is a challenging 184-mile self-supported adventure race following the River Thames from its source near Cirencester to the Thames Barrier in London. Participants navigate through scenic towns, villages, and iconic London landmarks, completing the course within 76 hours. The route alternates between the river’s north and south banks, with minimal race support including water stations approximately every 25 miles and a halfway resupply point at 112 miles.

Runners must be self-sufficient, purchasing food locally and carrying essential gear. The race finishes indoors at the Clockhouse Community Centre near the Thames Barrier, offering facilities and transport links. Live GPS tracking and strict cut-offs ensure safety and race integrity.
