Event Overview

The Summer GMU is a running event consisting of two ultra-distance races: the GMU45 (45 miles) and the GMU30 (30 miles). Both events take place on Saturday, 22 August 2026, starting from Aston Park School in Bristol (BS41 9DP). The course is a long loop around the City of Bristol.

Race Options

Participants can choose from the following options:

  • GMU45 (45 miles) for £95 plus a service fee.
  • GMU30 (30 miles) for £80 plus a service fee.
  • A "Me + 1 GMU45" bundle for two entrants at £175 plus a service fee. A separate transport option is available from Ashton to White Horse for £20 plus a service fee.
