Lone Wolf Birmingham 2026 takes place on Saturday 19 September 2026 at Wyre Forest, Callow Hill, Bewdley, DY14 9XQ. The meeting point is Wyre Forest Cafe. The event is for participants aged 18 and over. Ticket purchase secures a place; refunds are not available after purchase. If an event is cancelled, tickets can be transferred to another Lone Wolf event.

Course and format

The event uses a looped course of about 6.7 km through Wyre Forest. Runners complete one loop each hour and must finish the loop within 60 minutes to continue. Participants may do as many laps as they wish, up to a 24-hour limit. On the final lap the first runner across the line is declared the winner. Organisers will recognise one male and one female winner. Awards include a handmade wooden trophy for the overall winner and wooden medals for all participants. T-shirts are available for purchase and are distributed on the morning of the event.

Facilities and practical information

Facilities at the base include a cafe, a large room for changing and resting, toilets, water points, a first aid station and onsite paid parking (£10 for the day). Runners may bring small gazebos or tents near the start/finish and well behaved dogs on leads are allowed. Phone signal may be poor in parts of the forest.
