Raven 7

Raven 7 is a fell race based at the Raven Inn in Llanarmon yn lal, CH7 4QE (GR SJ 190562). The route covers 11.25 km (7 mi) with approximately 445 m (1460 ft) of climb. The course is partially marked.

This event is the second running of the King Johns Castle replacement. Course records are 56:20 for the male category and 71:20 for the female category, both set in 2025. The minimum age for entry is over 18. The event is insured by WFRA.

Registration is on the day only with a fee of £5 and opens between 11:30 and 12:30. Participants should allow about 15 minutes to walk from the pub to the start; organisers ask that participants share transport where possible.
