Welsh 3000’s Ultra Run

The Welsh 3000’s Ultra Run is a guided mountain running event in the heart of Snowdonia, North Wales. The route covers the classic 15 Welsh 3,000ft peaks, spanning across the Snowdon, Carneddau, and Glyderau mountain ranges. This event is not a competitive race but a guided group run led by experienced trail runners holding British Mountain Leader and British Athletics qualifications.

The course covers a distance of approximately 30 miles (50 km) and involves roughly 4,000m of total height gain. Participants traverse significant terrain, including the Carneddau, the Glyderau, and the Snowdon range, which includes a passage over Crib Goch. This event is designed for runners who have previously completed a marathon distance and possess the determination to handle a significant mountain route.
