Welsh 3000's Ultra Run

This is a guided mountain run over the 15 Welsh mountains that are over 3,000 feet high. The route covers the Carneddau, Glyderau, and Snowdon ranges, including the traverse of Crib Goch. The approximate distance is 30 miles (50 km) with about 4,000 m of ascent.

The event is not a race. It is a guided challenge with logistics and navigation provided. Participants are guided by experienced trail runners with British Mountain Leader and British Athletics qualifications. The entry fee includes transport to the start, a mountain guide, a support vehicle, and premium food stations offering a selection of hot and cold food.
