Ras Tri Chopa yr Eifl is a fell race near Pwllheli that follows a single route of 8 km (approximately 5 mi) with about 490 m (1,608 ft) of ascent. The course includes the three peaks of the Eifl: Tre'r Ceiri, Garn Ganol and Garn Fôr, and passes over upland terrain.

The event assembly is at Tafarn y Fic, Llithfaen, Pwllheli, LL53 6PA. Parking is available at the top of Nant Gwrtheyrn, LL53 6NU. Registration is open between 10.30 and 12.00 on the day of the event. Entry on the day only is by fee of £10. The minimum age for competitors is over 16.

Recorded fastest times for the full course were 40:26 for the male record (2019) and 53:58 for the female record (2019). Safety information for the event is listed as BS. The event is insured by the Welsh Fell Runners Association.
