Trail Running calendar near Alva 2026-2027

A roughly 10K out and back trail race from Brodick on the Isle of Arran, mostly on rough footpaths and Forestry roads with about 600 feet of ascent. Limited to 100 entrants and held under Scottish Athletics rules.

A roughly 5.7 mile off road trail in Cardenden Woods on 23 August 2026 that passes the site of Scotland's last pistol duel. Trail shoes are recommended and every finisher receives a unique medal.

A three-evening summer 5K series around Leith Links, Fettes and Inverleith Park in Edinburgh. Events are chip timed, feature prizes and optional finisher medals, with entries priced at £12 per race or £30 for all three.
