Highland Fling Race

Highland Fling Race is a 53-mile (85 km) ultramarathon that runs along southern third of Scotland’s West Highland Way from Milngavie, near Glasgow, to the village of Tyndrum. Set in Loch Lomond & Trossachs National Park, the point-to-point course climbs about 2300 m and descends around 2100 m, with a terrain mix of 90% trail and 10% road. The route is waymarked and chip-timed, with a drop-bag system and free luggage transport. Race weekend features free showers, meals, heated marquees, an afterparty, and complimentary official photos, plus pre- and post-race buses.
