Run the Seasons at Cowdray on 26 June 2026 offers 3km and 5km races plus a 10km with dog friendly CaniRun options. The event includes stacking medals, course maps, free photos and an on site BBQ and bar.

A last person standing backyard ultra near Alfriston on a 4.2 mile loop with a mandatory token at turnaround and Webscorer timing. Field is limited and the event provides a barn base, aid station, first aid and sustainability measures.

A trail event at Telscombe Playing Fields on 28 June 2026 featuring a 10 km race and a junior fun run across bridleways, the South Downs Way and Greenwich Meridian Trail, with medals, photos and finish refreshments.

A family friendly off-road event near Damerham with 5 km and 10 km runs plus a children's colour run; medals, category trophies, refreshments and on-site parking are provided.

A scenic 7.5 km trail loop around Alfriston with over 80% off-road running, course marshals and prizes for first male and female. Facilities and parking are at The Old Chapel Centre and entries are limited to 50.

An informal roughly 18 km trail run around Bristol, meeting and finishing at Commune Cafe. Organised by Left Handed Giant Run Club with bag drop, toilets and refreshments noted.

July 2026

A guided 10 km trail run around the Devil's Punchbowl in Hindhead, Surrey. Hilly evening and night runs in a group setting with parking available and a kit list provided; cost £22 per person.

A timed charity run along the Thames with lap options from 5.3 km up to ultra distances. The Run for a Tenner entry donates £10 to Rays of Sunshine and all finishers receive a bespoke medal.
