The Inflatable 5K at Heath Park, Cardiff (CF14 4AY) is an inflatable obstacle-course event held on Saturday 27th June 2026. The course is based on a 2.5k lap and each lap repeats the same inflatable obstacles. Distances on offer are based on completing laps.
Participants encounter a sequence of giant inflatable obstacles, with music zones placed around the route. The event lists named obstacles and includes slides, climbs and tunnels. The 5k option comprises 30 obstacles, following a recent addition of three new obstacles. Lap and obstacle structure by distance is provided.
- 2.5k - 1 lap, 15 obstacles
- 5k - 2 laps, 30 obstacles
- 10k - 4 laps, 60 obstacles
- 15k - 6 laps, 90 obstacles
Practical information includes a water station midway along the route, toilets on site, food and drink vendors, paid parking at £5 per car and a bag drop charged at £3 per bag. Dogs are not permitted. Children aged 5 to 15 must take part with a paying adult at a maximum ratio of 3 children to 1 adult. Spectators may use designated viewing areas only. Volunteers receive one free run entry, a T-shirt and a tote bag. Cardiff & Vale Health Charity is listed as the event charity partner, alongside several local charities.
