Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series 2025/26

The Cowdray Estate Trail Run Series takes place across the Cowdray Estate in West Sussex and is organised by Raw Running. The series runs through the seasons from October 2025 to June 2026 and includes multiple event dates, with listed dates including 11 October 2025, 11 April 2026 and 26 June 2026. Registration closes 23 June 2026.

A separate childrens series runs over Winter, Spring and Summer with a 3 km kids run for ages 6 to 11 and a 5 km junior run for ages 12 to 15 based on age on race day. Discounts are offered for multiple entries: 15% for adults entering three or four races on the same order and 10% for entering all three junior or kids races on the same order.

Series results are decided by a points system based on finishing position with each competitor’s top three results counting toward the overall standings. Male and female series winners are presented with a luxury hamper from Cowdray Farm Shop and Café. Events feature a unique four piece stacking medal and free photographs. Trail runs nearby

Trail running at Alice Holt Forest on 7 June 2026 with 10 km and half marathon options, live chip timing, and canicross permitted; finishers receive a medal, merchandise and refreshments.

Timed lap running at Ardingly Reservoir with flexible distance choices from 5 km to ultra, chip timing, aid station and a bespoke finisher medal or lower cost no medal entry.

A 100 mile non stop race along the South Downs Way from near Winchester to Eastbourne, with 12 aid stations, full medical support and a 30 hour limit. Entry requires a prior 50 mile qualifier within specified times.

A 50 km trail ultra through the South Downs National Park with about 4000 ft of climb and a 9 hour cutoff. The course is fully marked, supported by four aid stations and finishes at Queen Elizabeth Country Park.
