Brighton Pretty Muddy 5k - Stanmer Park

Brighton Pretty Muddy is a 5 kilometre event held on Saturday 3 July 2027 at Stanmer Park, Lewes Road, Brighton BN1 9SE. The event is organised by Cancer Research UK to raise funds for cancer research and carries a minimum fundraising target of £50.00.

The course starts and finishes on grass and runs through fields and woodland. The terrain is cross-country with sections of firm ground that may become soft or muddy in wet weather. There are some steep inclines on the route. The start and finish areas are located in the field opposite the Lower Lodges EAST Car Park and participants are asked to gather in front of the stage for a warm-up and course instructions.

Ticket categories include Earlybird prices for adults (aged 16 and over) and children; listed ticket prices range from £5.50 to £7.99. Blue Badge parking is available on grass approximately 150 metres from the event site. Cycle parking stands are provided in several park locations. Public transport access includes bus services that stop near Stanmer Park and a footpath from Falmer train station of about an eight minute walk.

On-site facilities include refreshments, toilets and parking. Due to the nature of the course, the event is not wheelchair accessible and pushchairs are not suitable. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
