Henfield Half Marathon

The Henfield Half Marathon takes place on Sunday 16 August 2026 and is organised in conjunction with Henfield Joggers and Henfield Leisure Centre. The event is based at Henfield Leisure Centre, Northcroft, Henfield, BN5 9QB, with start and finish at the leisure centre.

The course is an off road Half Marathon following riverbank and a disused railway, and includes flint paths and stiles. The route is described as scenic and uses non tarmac surfaces in places.

Onsite facilities at the leisure centre include changing rooms, showers and toilets. Free parking is available. Hot and cold drinks and food are offered on the day. Medals are awarded to all finishers. Results will be posted on the Henfield Leisure Centre website after the race.

Entries open on 10 October 2025 and close on 14 August 2026. Entry fees listed are £25.00 for UKA members and £27.00 for non members. Entries are managed through the SiEntries system; an entry list is maintained and the listing showed six participants at the time of the notice.

Organisers welcome disabled and less able athletes and ask that anyone uncertain about course suitability contacts the organisers before entering. The course will close after four hours and there will be no marshals on the route after this time. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
