Damerham Dash is a family friendly running event held at Damerham Sportsfield, Damerham, SP6 3HQ. The event offers adult runs and a children’s colour run on a fully marked, undulating route that is almost entirely off road. The course uses bridlepaths and passes over farmland not normally open to the public.

Walkers and dog walkers are welcome; dogs must be insured and kept on a lead. All entrants receive a medal and trophies are awarded in categories for Male Runner, Female Runner, Nordic Walker, and Top Dog. Free on-site parking will be available and clearly signposted. A barbecue will serve bacon sandwiches, burgers and hot dogs, with other refreshments also available. The event will be fully insured and first aiders will be present on the day.

Entries open 4 April 2026 and close 15 June 2026. Entry fees listed are £15.00 for the 10km, £12.50 for the 5km, and £6.00 for the children’s colour run. Proceeds go to Damerham Sportsfield and Friends of Western Downland School. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
