Trail Running calendar near Lynmouth 2026-2027

A timed off-road challenge from HMP Dartmoor where participants choose a route on public rights of way and aim for the greatest straight-line distance in 6, 12, or 24 hours. All entrants carry GPS trackers and receive a medal.

A themed 7 hour Time Challenge at Dare Valley Country Park celebrating 50 years of Rocky, with distances from 3 km up to ultra, themed medals, goody bags and aid stations on well maintained park paths.

Phoenix Running South Wales stages the Manta Ray Run at Parc Taf Bargoed, Trelewis. Participants run repeated 5.3 km laps within a seven hour time limit and receive a bespoke finisher medal unless they choose a no medal option.

A 6.4 km fell race at Calon y Cwm camping, Cilycwm, with 244 m ascent on a partially marked route through fields, wet forest, tracks and rocky ground. Entry on the day £7; minimum age over 16.

Muskie Madness is an unmeasured 10k multi terrain race on 31 May 2026 at Marine Academy Plymouth. The course mixes on road and wooded trail sections and the venue offers showers, bag drop, food and water stations.

A mixed surface coastal out and back of about 7 miles from Blue Anchor to Minehead and back via the Steam Coast Trail, with water stations, first aid, a finishers medal and event T shirts for early online entries.

An approx 9 km multi terrain loop around Llys y Fran Reservoir organised by TROTs, featuring marshals, a water stop, a tail runner and a bespoke medal. Minimum age 15 and refunds are allowed up to seven days before the event.

Approximate 6k through Blaise Castle Estate on tarmac, grass and trails with hills and estate views. Club house refreshments follow and prizes are awarded for individual places, age categories and teams.

A four-race summer cross country series in Herefordshire and nearby venues from 3 June to 15 July 2026, with events at Treworgan Farm, Shobdon Woods, Bearwood Farm and Newton Court. Entry is limited to eligible first claim club members.

A coastal trail and ultra running festival on the Pembrokeshire Coast Path from 5 to 7 June 2026. Four distances finish at the cliff-top campsite in Dale and routes follow the marked Wales Coast Path with GPS support.

A 40 mile coastal ultra along the Wales Coast Path from Porthcawl to Penarth on June 6, 2026. The course features three fully stocked checkpoints, mixed trail and road terrain, mapped route files and no overall time limit.

Trail races in the Brecon Beacons on June 6 2026, offering marathon and half marathon options plus weighted bergen editions. Runners move from daylight into night and may need a torch.

A 32 mile single-lap road ultra around Dartmoor from Princetown with significant hills, a 275 runner limit and a 6 hour 45 minute cut off. The event includes aid stations, bespoke medals, technical t-shirts, post-race food and on-site facil..

A single-stage coastal ultra on 6 and 7 June 2026 covering circa 85 miles (about 140 km) along the Jurassic Coast. The event runs from a Portland HQ with checkpoints, GPS tracking and a compulsory kit list.

A 12 hour backyard ultramarathon at Bakehouse in Bristol on 6 June 2026. Participants run one lap each hour on 3 km, 4 km, 5 km or 6 km loops, with bike and row erg options available, raising funds for Andy's Man Club.

Races in Bath run along the Two Tunnels shared path, passing the Devonshire Tunnel 408 m and Combe Down Tunnel 1,672 m. Distances range from 500 m fun runs to a 50 km ultra with relay and multiple route options.
