The Dartmoor Crossing / Great Escape
The event comprises two trail races across Dartmoor with the event centre and finish at Ivybridge Rugby Club. Both courses are fully marked and marshalled and offer bespoke medals to all finishers. Bespoke event t-shirts are available to purchase via the entry system.

The Crossing is a 33.5 miles route that crosses open moorland and two of the Dartmoor 600 m summits, visiting the moorland villages of Belstone, Postbridge, and Ivybridge. The course includes 1,119 m of ascent and 1,516 m of descent, with 2 fully stocked aid stations and 2 remote water stops. The race has a 9.5 hour time limit and a minimum age of 20 years.
The Great Escape follows the final 15.5 miles of The Crossing from Princetown, crossing the head of the Erme Valley and traversing the Erme canyons and the Abbots Way before descending to Ivybridge. The course has 2 water stops only, a 4.5 hour time limit, and a minimum age of 17 years.
