The EDDUM 2026

The EDDUM 2026 is a 50 mile trail event held on August 1, 2026. The route is a loop of the Epynt Way around the Sennybridge Training Area and runs around the training area boundary. The Epynt Way is a mostly permissive path that lies with the Brecon Beacons to the south and the Cambrian Mountains to the north.

Logistics and support

There are no time limits for the event. Five checkpoints are located along the route; each checkpoint is staffed and stocked with snacks, fresh fruit, hot and cold drinks, seating, power banks and music. Organisers will accommodate dietary requirements if provided at registration. Participants receive pre-event communications by email and may be contacted by phone in the days before the event.

Recommended kit includes appropriate footwear, a 1 litre water carrier, mobile phone, compass or compass app, headlamp or other light source, foil blanket, waterproof jacket and a rucksack.
