Trail Running calendar near Long Ashton 2026-2027

Trail races on the South Downs Way on 20 March 2027 with 50 mile, 50 km and marathon options, marked courses, aid stations and coach transport between finish and start.

A 32 mile loop from Baggeridge Country Park near Dudley on 21 March 2027. The mostly traffic free route uses disused railway lines and canal towpaths, includes three checkpoints and a mandatory head torch section through the 2.7 km Netherto..

A 50k east to west Dartmoor traverse starting at Trenchford Reservoir and finishing near Tavistock, using live GPS tracking and three checkpoints. Solo and pairs entries allowed with a 10 hour cut off.

Trail event in Hurn Forest offering distances from 5K up to ultra marathon on a 5.3 km out and back lap. Aid and drinks are available at lap start and finish and 20% of entry fees go to Forestry England.

Riverside mixed terrain half marathon, 10K and junior race on 10 April 2027 at Remenham Farm in Henley on Thames. Marked kilometres, lap formats vary by distance, and entries include a themed medal and chip timing.

Multiple trail race distances in the Stroud area using towpaths, disused railway tracks and Cotswold hills, with a route that ascends to Selsley Common for wide valley views. Water, marshals and first aid are provided on course.

Experience a unique point to point race along scenic canal towpaths from Wolverhampton to Birmingham. Run through the historic Coseley Tunnel and enjoy water stations hosted on traditional canal barges before finishing in Brindley Place.

A multi-distance trail running event in the South Downs National Park on 3 July 2027, with 10–100 km routes, included coach transport, camping, and on-course checkpoints for each distance.

Two supported ultramarathon races along the Beacons Way in the United Kingdom on 24 to 25 July 2027, offered over 100 km and 100 mile distances. The event is organised by GB Ultras Ltd and includes live GPS tracking.

On 4 September 2027 at Remenham Farm, Henley-on-Thames, a mixed-terrain half marathon, 10K and junior race follow a riverbank trail with kilometre markers, chip timing and on-course marshals for guidance.

The Totnes 10K will take place in Ipplepen on Saturday 2 August 2031. You can run 10 kilometers.
