Support, kit and services

All runners must carry at least 500 ml of fluid; hydration vests or handheld soft flasks are permitted. Runners are advised to carry appropriate clothing for variable conditions and to download the GPX route file because course arrows can be tampered with. Aid stations - locations to be confirmed - will offer sweet and savoury snacks, vegan options, water and flat coke. The event is cupless and has a partnership with Precision Fuel & Hydration; aid stations will offer PH 1000 electrolyte drink, which delivers 1,000 mg of sodium per litre. Classic Element Trail Series T-shirts are available to pre-order and runners can opt to have a tree planted instead of a finishers medal.
