Bournemouth Coastal TEN
The Bournemouth Coastal TEN is a seafront running event that offers two measured distances from Hengistbury Head in Bournemouth, Dorset. The venue is a nature reserve with facilities and hard-standing parking near the event centre.
Both courses use Bournemouth seafront paths and include a section along Boscombe Pier with uninterrupted sea views. On clear days the route offers views of the Isle of Wight, The Needles, and Old Harry Rocks on the Jurassic Coast. The route is largely flat and traffic free; elevation gains listed are +102 m for the 10 Mile course and +50 m for the 10K course.

The event features chip timing, water stations on course, course marshals, fully signed routes, and first aid cover. Runners receive a finisher's medal, a certificate, post-race refreshments, and finish line goodies. The course is supported by an event photographer and is described as well marshalled.
