Two Tunnels Races : June 2027, Bath

The event takes place at Brickfields Park in Twerton, Bath, and uses the Two Tunnels shared use path that runs under the city. The two tunnels on the route are the Devonshire Tunnel, 408 m long, and Combe Down Tunnel, 1672 m long. Both tunnels are described as well lit and well surfaced and form the longest underground sections for each race distance in the UK.

The programme includes a range of race distances and formats:

The Colourburst events include optional obstacles such as cargo nets, pole weaves and hopscotch that can be bypassed. The event notes a city centre start and finish at Brickfields Park, which has a children's playground and space for a picnic after the races.

Timed laps on a 2.62 mile out and back canal route with flexible distance options from 5 km up to ultra and a seven hour time limit. Both in person and virtual entries receive a physical medal.

A four-mile hill run in Westbury on 5 August 2026 supporting Brain Tumour Support, with 100% of entry fees to the charity, pottery mementos, prizes for finishers and best helmet, and specific accessibility and dog restrictions.

A four-day, 184-mile Thames Path ultra from the river source to the Thames Barrier with daily stages, included accommodation for days one to three, bespoke finisher medals and compulsory mandatory kit and minimum pace requirements.

A 57 mile point to point ultramarathon along the Thames Path from Kemble to Oxford with four checkpoints, mandatory kit requirements and a minimum average pace of 4.0 miles per hour. All finishers receive a bespoke medal and an MTC head vis..
