Trail Running calendar near Langdale End 2026-2027

A charity trail running festival near Huddersfield with 50 mile, 50 km, 27 km, 10 km and a junior 1.4 km run, waymarked routes, timed results and staffed feed stations.

A 10 mile trail run on the Lykewake Walk in the North York Moors, visiting Lilla Howe and Louven Howe with strong coastal views. Navigation is required, entries limited to 50, minimum age 18 and a three hour time limit.

Off road full and half marathons across moorland, trails and woods in Bronte Country on 13 September 2026. The event features live timing, multiple feed stations, pairs entries in the full marathon and mandatory FRA kit requirements.

A BOFRA Championship fell race in Bradley near Skipton on 13 September 2026, covering 5.6 km with about 230 m of climb. Entry is on the day; junior races run on adjusted routes with published maps.

A trail ultramarathon from Hawes over Whernside, Ingleborough and Pen-y-Ghent with 70 km and an optional extended 100 km route, organised with on-course support, navigation files and post-race catering.

Oktoberfest Running by Grim Up North hits the Leeds and Liverpool Canal at Rodley for chip timed races on a flat towpath, with distances from 5K to Ultra. Finishers get a medal and post race treats in a fun, friendly atmosphere.

A 63 mile coastal trail race on 19 September 2026 following the Cleveland Way from Guisborough to Filey, with an 18 hour time limit, included tracker, mandatory kit list and water and food at manned checkpoints.

Classic fell race in Kettlewell, Yorkshire Dales: 4 mile route with 475 m climb over rugged upland terrain. Open to 16+ with pre entry or entry on the day, teams welcome and free parking for entrants.

Teams of four contest a mixed road and fell relay around Uppermill, combining two road laps and two fell laps across hilly circuits and Saddleworth Moor. The event is based at the Cross Keys Inn and includes several category classes.

Trail races at Raby Castle include 5km, 10km and Half Marathon routes through parkland and woodland with live chip timing, on-site parking and finisher medals.
