Tabbed In The Head is a winter endurance race of 15 miles scheduled for Sunday 13 December 2026 at Swinhope near Binbrook, Market Rasen LN8 6BS, in the Lincolnshire Wolds. The course is inspired by military test marches and runs over rough, relentless terrain with cold winds typical of the season.

Entrants select between two entry options. The loadbearing option requires carrying a minimum weight of 30 lbs for males and 25 lbs for females, plus food and water. The clean fatigue option is completed without additional carried weight. A strict cutoff time applies: loadbearing entrants have 4.5 hours to complete the course, while clean fatigue entrants have 4 hours.

The minimum age for entry is 18 and the listed entry fee is 35.00.
