Ludlow10 on Sunday 12 July 2026 offers 5k, 10k and half marathon routes through town roads, local woods and trails. Post race hospitality continues into the day.

A multi-lap marathon and half marathon at Old Elizabethans Cricket Club, Worcester on 12 July 2026, raising funds for Worcester Acute Stroke Ward and the Community Stroke team. Includes relays, a kids mile, medals and prizes.

A five-mile multi-terrain race through Arrowe Park, Wirral on 12 July 2026. The course mixes woodland trails, grassy paths and parkland, with chip timing, on course water, toilets, a bespoke medal and a goody bag.

A Race for Life event at Abington Park on 12 July 2026 offering 3k, 5k and 10 km routes through park paths and grass. The course is not wheelchair accessible and event parking is on grass.

Trunce 6 in Oxspring on Mon 13 Jul 2026 is a testing 6.2 km Peak District race with about 190 m of climb from Oxspring Playing Field, main race for 16 and over. Enter on the day for £3 and juniors over 10 can run a 3 km race for £1.

A summertime off road race of about 5 miles along the River Mersey in Sale, organised by Dragons Running Club. The event uses chip timing, provides finish mementos and shares profits with local charities.

Experience a scenic 8 km trail run at Wirral Country Park as part of a competitive summer series. Open to those aged 16 and over, the event features age group trophies and rewards for series consistency.

Take on a classic Peak District fell race in Bamford on Wednesday 15 July 2026, a thrilling 4.5 mile course with 305 m of climb and spectacular views. Pre entry is recommended as day entries are limited.

A fell race at Plas Dolben near Llangynhafal covering about 8 km with 457 m of climb on a partially marked course. There is a 50 minute cut-off at the top gate, entry on the day is £5 and minimum age is over 16.

A 6.7 km trail and fell race across Totley and Blacka Moor with about 270 m of climb, starting and finishing at the Totley AC pavilion. The route stays on public rights of way and includes steep, technical sections such as Piper Gate.

A 10 km trail race around Stoke Park in Stapleton, Bristol, organised by Town and Country Harriers with half of proceeds to a local charity. The marked route includes steep climbs, rough footing and marshals along the course.

Beyond Manchester on 18 July 2026 offers a city-centre trail and ultra that explores canals, quays and greenbelt areas around Manchester, with GPX files, waymarked routes, feed stations and medical support.

Three coastal ultramarathons on 18 and 19 July 2026 follow Wales Coast Path into Cardiff Bay, offering 100, 50 and 30 mile options across beaches, dunes, cliffs and forest with checkpoint support and GPS tracking.

Experience an off road adventure through the deep mud and water crossings of the Huntley Estate. Participants can choose between various distances and will receive a themed medal upon finishing this muddy trail run.

An inflatable obstacle-course fun run at Cheshire County Showground with 2.5 km laps and options for 2.5 km, 5 km, 10 km and 15 km. The event includes music zones, on-course water, finisher medals and food stalls.

A 7.5 km mixed terrain race on 18 July 2026 starting and finishing at the Bell & Harp pub in Little Eaton, running through the Derbyshire Dales. Entries are open until 17 July with chip timing, a 45 plus category and an afterparty.

A 5k muddy obstacle course at Worcester Racecourse on 18 Jul 2026, open to participants aged 13 and over. Entry includes fundraising support and a finishers medal, with a minimum fundraising target of £50.

Trail races at Winwick Hall Estate on 19 July 2026 include fully marked *10k* and *5k* routes plus a *2k* children’s race, on varied terrain with on-course support. A share of entry fees benefits the Bruce Green Foundation.

Wye Valley Tunnel Run on 19 July 2026 features fun runs plus 10 km, half marathon and marathon routes that use the Wye Valley Greenway and long tunnel. Courses are well marked with feed stations and event medals.

Two trail races in Aymestrey, Herefordshire, both climbing to the Iron Age hillfort at Croft Ambrey. Routes are fully marked with water stations and a separate juniors 2 km race with medals.
