Winwick Hall Trail Races (19 July 2026)

The event is held at Winwick Hall, Winwick, Northants NN6 7PD and is organised by Race Harborough. Races are run in aid of the Bruce Green Foundation, with a proportion of entry fees donated to the charity. Race HQ is at Winwick Hall and all routes are fully marked and marshaled.

Races and course

  • 10k entry £20, minimum age 16
  • 5k entry £15, minimum age 12
  • 2k (children) entry £8, for ages 4–12; adults may accompany children

Routes use trails on and around the Winwick Hall estate, with a mixture of grassland, country paths and hard-packed trails. Both the 5k and 10k include uphill sections and descents. The 10k has a water station at the halfway point. Water is also available at the finish. All finishers receive a specially commissioned race medal. Free digital race photos are provided after the event.

Entry and logistics

Entries and transfers close seven days before the event. Running with dogs is not permitted because routes cross farmland. Professional first aid will be positioned at the start and finish with access to the course. The event is cupless; participants should bring their own cup or water bottle. There is parking at Winwick Hall and the Polo Pavilion Tea Room will be open serving drinks and homemade cakes. Visit the organization's website for the most recent information.
