Winwick Hall Trail Races
The Winwick Hall Trail Races take place on Sunday 19th July 2026 on and around the Winwick Hall Estate in Northamptonshire. The event offers fully marked and marshaled trail routes over grassland, country paths and some hard-packed trails, with hills and descents on both main courses.
There are three race options:
- 10k
- 5k
- 2k children’s race
The 2k is for children aged 4 to 12 and adults may accompany a child. Minimum ages for the main races are 16 for the 10k and 12 for the 5k. Entries are open at stated prices and transfers and entries close seven days before the event. A proportion of entry fees is donated to the Bruce Green Foundation, which supports young people under 21 in Northamptonshire who face social inequalities.
On-course support includes professional first aid at the start and finish and volunteer marshals. There is a water station at halfway on the 10k and water available at the finish. Participants are asked not to run with dogs. Trail shoes are advisable after rain; if ground is dry road shoes will suffice. The event is cupless so runners should bring their own cup or bottle.
