Winwick Hall Trail Races

The event takes place on 19 July 2026 at Winwick Hall, Winwick, Northants NN6 7PD. The races are fully marked and marshaled and use trails on and around the Winwick Hall Estate. Routes include a mixture of grassland, country paths and hard-packed trails with some hills and descents. The children’s race is a fun run for ages 4 to 12.

Entry, support and facilities

Entries are open and priced at £20 for the 10k, £15 for the 5k and £8 for the 2k. Minimum ages are 16 for the 10k, 12 for the 5k and 4 for the 2k; adults may accompany a child in the 2k. Entries and entry transfers close seven days before the event. Dogs are not permitted on the routes.

First aid will be available at the start and finish with access to runners on course. Volunteers will staff a water station at the halfway point on the 10k and water will be available at the finish. Trail shoes are advisable if there has been rain; races are cupless so participants should bring a cup or water bottle. All finishers receive a race medal. A proportion of entry fees is donated to the Bruce Green Foundation. There is parking at Winwick Hall and the Polo Pavilion Tea Room will be open for refreshments.
