Event Overview

The ATW Odyssey12 is a 12-hour multi-terrain running event taking place in Riverside Park, Regatta Meadow, St Neots, Cambridgeshire. Participants run on a flat 5.3 km lap course on footpaths around St Neots. The winner is the individual, pair, or team that completes the most laps within the 12-hour period. This year's event is part of the ATW First to Full Triathlon Festival, which also includes the Odyssey Triathlon and the St Neots Triathlon.

Event Format

The event is open to participants of all abilities. Entries are accepted in three categories:

  • Solo
  • Pair
  • Team of 3 to 6 runners

Awards are given for the furthest distance covered by Solo Male, Solo Female, Male Pair, Female Pair, Mixed Pair, and Mixed Team. Special awards are also given to the individual male and female who clock the fastest single lap.

Festival Atmosphere & Amenities

The event is designed with spectators in mind. Runners pass the 'Tent of Enlightenment' on each lap, a cheer station offering food, drink, music, and seating. There is space for team tents. The event village at Regatta Meadow will host kids' activities, live music, and entertainment throughout the day. The venue is a short walk from St Neots town centre.

All finishers receive a unique Odyssey medal. The event supports the charity Alzheimer's Research UK, with opportunities to donate or fundraise during registration.

Practical Information

Race packs can be collected at the venue the day before or on the morning of the event. Final registration details and start times are emailed to participants the week before the event.
