Worcester Pretty Muddy 5k
Worcester Pretty Muddy 5k is an obstacle event at Worcester Racecourse on 18 July 2026. The route covers mixed terrain with the start and finish on grass. The first and last 1 km are contained within the racecourse on grass, while the middle section runs along the pavement surrounding the course.
The event is organised by Cancer Research UK. Participation requires a minimum fundraising target of £50. Entry fees listed are £22.49 for adults and £12.00 for children. Participants must be at least 13 years old to take part; separate Pretty Muddy Kids events are available for younger children.
Start times are run in staggered waves every 15 minutes and groups are asked to attend the same wave. The meeting point is in the middle of Pitchcroft Racecourse. Marshals are present on course to assist with obstacles. On completion participants receive a Race for Life medal and a fundraising pack and can use training materials and community support provided by the organiser.
Facilities on site include refreshments and toilets. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users or pushchairs. There is no dedicated event car parking; nearby public car parks and public transport links are available. Blue badge parking is limited.
