Race for Life Pretty Muddy Worcester

Worcester Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a Pretty Muddy 5k obstacle course held at Worcester Racecourse, Grandstand Road, Worcester, WR1 3EJ. The route uses a mixture of terrain: the start and finish are on grass, the first and last 1 km are on grass within the racecourse, and the middle section follows the pavement around the racecourse. The meeting point is in the middle of Pitchcroft Racecourse; the what3words location ///bets.urban.shed is provided for the start area.

Participants climb, crawl and slide around obstacles; waves start every 15 minutes to manage safety and groups are asked to join the same wave. Marshals are on hand to assist and obstacles may be skipped if needed. The event is open to people aged 13 and older; children aged 12 and under can take part in separate Pretty Muddy Kids events. A minimum fundraising target of £50 applies. Entry fees listed are Adults £22.49 and Children £12.00; a Spring Sale offers 50% off with code SPRING26 until 19 April 2026.

Facilities on site include refreshments and toilets. The event is not suitable for wheelchair users and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed and there is no event car parking; nearby public car parks and public transport links are listed. Accessibility provisions include sunflower wristbands, staff trained as Dementia Friends, and a QR code for British Sign Language stage content.
