Race for Life Pretty Muddy Worcester

Worcester Pretty Muddy 5k

The event is a 5k obstacle course at Worcester Racecourse that features climbing, crawling and sliding elements. The route uses a mixture of terrain: the start, first 1 km and last 1 km are on grass inside the racecourse and the middle section runs along the pavement surrounding the racecourse. The start and finish are located on grass in the middle of Pitchcroft Racecourse.

Participants must be 13 years of age or older. Wave starts are staggered every 15 minutes to manage numbers on the course. Marshals are present along the route and participants may skip an obstacle if needed.

The venue address is Grandstand Road, Worcester WR1 3EJ. There is no dedicated event car parking and Pitchcroft car park has limited space; local paid car parks are available nearby. The closest bus station and train station are each about 0.4 miles from the site. Bike racks are available approximately 500 m from the event.

Available facilities include refreshments and toilets. The event is not wheelchair accessible and is not suitable for pushchairs. Dogs are not allowed. Blue badge parking is limited. Sunflower wristbands are available at the enquiries marquee and a QR code on site provides British Sign Language stage content.
