Forest Warrior Saturday Mud Run 2026

The Forest Warrior Saturday Mud Run is an off-road event held within the Huntley Estate in the United Kingdom. Participants navigate a course that consists of trail running across natural terrain, including sections characterized by extremely deep mud. The route incorporates several shallow water crossings, though swimming is not required to complete the course.

The event offers multiple distances and categories for different age groups:

  • 8k to 10k mud run for participants aged 16 and over.
  • 5k mud run for adults in individual age groups or open categories.
  • Junior Entry mud run for participants aged 8 to 16 years.

The start and finish lines are located at the Huntley Estate, situated on the road to Newent off the A40. All participants receive a race bib and a timing chip, which are collected on-site before the run begins. Those completing the course are rewarded with a themed medal. Due to the nature of the terrain and the presence of deep mud, it is recommended that participants have a change of clothes and footwear available after the event.
