Arrowe Park 5-Miler 2026

The Arrowe Park 5-Miler is a multi-terrain running event held in the parkland of Arrowe Park on the Wirral. The course covers a distance of 5 miles and features a mix of woodland trails, grassy paths, and maintained parkland areas. The route is designed with a relatively flat profile and gentle undulations, avoiding steep hills or technical obstacles.

The course follows well-marked, tree-lined paths and open spaces. Participants run on softer ground surfaces, which may include occasional muddy patches depending on the weather conditions. The event uses chip timing to accurately record results for all participants.

The event infrastructure includes on-site toilet facilities at the start and finish areas. A water station is located on the course, with additional water provided for all finishers. The venue is located on Arrowe Park Road, near the Cherry Orchard. Parking is available at the Cherry Orchard or Golf Club entrance. For those using public transport, the start area is a short walk from Arrowe Park Hospital.
