A 14 mile coastal race from Beadnell Harbour to Alnmouth Estuary along the Northumberland coastal path. The event is limited to 1000 runners and is marshalled with first aid; terrain includes sand, road and trail.

August 2026

A 37 mile loop through the North Pennines AONB run in reverse along Isaac's Tea Trail on 1 August 2026. Options include solo ultra or three person relay, with checkpoints, downloadable GPX, event tracker and a 12 hour cut off.

A 36 mile ultra along the Esk Valley Way from Castleton to Whitby Harbour with 4,054 ascent, full way marking and live GPS tracking. Entries are limited to 50 and the minimum age is 20.

A fell race held within the Osmotherley Show in North Yorkshire on 1 August 2026, covering 8.8 km with 320 m of climb. Entry is open to runners aged 16 and over with day registration and show admission required.

Borrowdale Fell Race on 1 Aug 2026 is a Lake District fell race of 27 km with about 2000 m ascent based at Rosthwaite village. Pre-entry is required, the fee is £16, teams of three are allowed and minimum age is 18.

A licensed 10 km trail race in Gisburn Forest on 1 August 2026, organised by Pendle Trail Running Club. Entries open in April with entry fees, a race medal, professional photography, chip timing and optional t shirts available.

A fell race on Farleton Knott covering 2.60 miles with 750 feet of climb, listed as a BOFRA Championship counter. Location notes include LA6 1PB, grid reference 536814, and a £3 parking charge.

Join the Round Hill fell race for a challenging 14.1 km course with sweeping York Dales views, starting and finishing in charming Timble village. Entry is on the day for a small fee and part of the proceeds support brain tumour research.

Part of a four-event 10k series, the Darlington Trail 10k is a fast, flat course in Low Coniscliffe, Darlington, open to all ages and abilities. All entrants receive a medal and goody bag, with prizes for top finishers and a series league.
