Lakeland Paws Dogs@Dodd takes place on 2 November 2025 at Dodd Wood (Ca124Qe). The event is part of Season 4 of the Lakeland Paws series, which includes nine events plus a Dawn 2 Dusk event. Entries open 25 July 2025 and close 1 November 2025. Minimum age for entry is 16 or older. The entry fee is £19. The event is chip timed and the course will be marked; GPX files are available.

Course and format

The route uses a mix of forest roads and trails and climbs around the summit of Dodd before a run down with views to the Coledale Fells. Much of the course is on wide trails, but there are some narrower sections and a relatively steep final descent. Two dogs per runner are allowed on the wider sections; all dogs must run on a suitable harness. Runners may also compete without dogs.
